Work Time Tracker — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Work Time Tracker (package com.luckyhan.studio.worktimetracker)
is published by LuckyhanStudio. You can reach us at
luckyhan1013@gmail.com.
2. What stays on your device
Everything you enter is written to local storage on your phone and nowhere else:
- Workplaces, their pay rates, currencies, countries and pay rules
- Work sessions, breaks, notes and manual adjustments
- App preferences such as theme, time format and notification settings
We do not upload this data, and we cannot read it. Uninstalling the app deletes it. Because of that, we cannot recover it for you — use Settings → Data → Back up data if you want a copy you control.
3. Advertising
The app is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob. To do that, Google may collect and process data including device identifiers, coarse location derived from your IP address, and app interaction data, in order to serve and measure ads. This processing is Google's, not ours; we never receive your work records back from it.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the app shows a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) before requesting ads, and your choice determines whether personalised ads are served.
- You can reopen that form at any time from Settings → About → Ad privacy options.
- Google's own policy explains this processing in full: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
4. Permissions the app asks for
- Notifications — used for the ongoing shift notification (with its Break and Finish buttons) and the forgotten-clock-out reminder. Asked for the first time you start a shift, and declining it only costs you those reminders.
- Internet and network state — used solely to load ads. The app works fully offline; only the ad slots stay empty.
- Run at startup — used to restore the ongoing shift notification after a reboot, so a shift you started before restarting can still be finished in one tap.
The app does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone or storage permissions.
5. Export and backup
CSV export and backup files are created by you and written where you choose — a location you pick, or an app you share to. Once a file leaves the app, it is governed by whatever service or app you sent it to, not by this policy.
6. Children
This app is intended for people of working age and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your choices
- Change or withdraw ad consent at any time from Settings → About → Ad privacy options.
- Reset the advertising identifier from your device's own settings.
- Delete all app data by uninstalling the app, or by clearing app storage in Android settings.
- Export your records at any time before deleting them.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published at this address with a new "last updated" date.
